Chia Pudding with Coconut Milk

Ingredient (serve 2):
2 cup        Coconut milk (OR 6 TBS coconut milk powder + 2 cups water)
6 TBS       Chia seed
2-3 TBS    Coconut sugar / any sweetener (Optional: a few drops of vanilla stevia)
Pinch        Himalayan Salt
1 tsp         Cinnamon powder

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well
2. Let it sit for 10 mins until mixture begins to thicken
3. Best to place in the fridge overnight and allow the pudding to thicken even more.
4. When serve, add one chopped banana or any fresh fruits like goji berries/raisin, cacao nibs on top.

奇亞籽椰子奶露

材料(2人份):
2杯          椰子奶(或 6湯匙椰子奶粉 + 2杯水)
6湯匙      奇亞籽
2-3 湯匙  椰子花糖 (或其他增甜劑)
少許        喜馬拉雅岩鹽
1 茶匙     肉桂粉


做法:
1. 把所有材料在一個大碗中攪渾。
2. 靜待10分鐘,直至混合料開始變厚。
3. 建議放入雪櫃一晚,讓奶露變得更稠。
4. 準備吃時,在頂層加上生可可碎,香蕉或其他新鮮水果。
