Raw Spirulina Snow Balls

Ingredients:
2 cups cashews
2 TBS spirulina powder
1/8 TSP Himalayan salt
1/2 cup raisin (soaked)
1/4 goji berries
2 TBS cacao nibs

Method:
1. Put all ingredients except(raisin,goji berry and cacao nibs) in a food  processor
2. Process to a course flour consistency
3. Add raisin and process again till starts to become a bit sticky
4. Then add goji berry and cacao nibs and pulse a few time.
5. Roll into your prefer size of ball’s shape and roll in coconut flakes
6. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

生機螺旋藻一口小丸子

材料:
2杯 腰果
2湯匙 螺旋藻粉
1/8茶匙 喜馬拉雅山岩鹽
1/2杯 提子乾
1/4杯 枸杞
2 湯匙 生可可碎

做法:
1. 把所有材料(除葡萄乾、枸杞、可可碎)放入食物處理器
2. 攪拌成粗粒裝麵粉裝
3. 加入葡萄乾,再次攪拌至黏狀
4. 加入枸杞、可可碎,攪拌幾下
5. 滾成你喜歡的球形大小,然後滾上椰子絲
6. 放入雪櫃冷藏即可食用。
